A fun way to have youth members get involved with Pee Wee is to hod a drawing contest.
1.) Have a coloring poster you can print off of Pee Wee for kids to color
2.)Promote to members
3.) Set a start and end date for the contest
4.) Have three or five credit union employees judge contest
5.) Announce winner and give a special prize (Pee Wee Item, cash, trophy, be creative)
You can modify and tweak this contest to best fit your credit union. The bottom line is to get kids active with the program so it is something they remember and can relate back to the credit union. You can also add 2nd, 3rd, 4th and participation prizes too if that is what is fair to you and your members. Remember that nothing is set in stone and can be changed to make this work at any credit union.
